简述膨润土在湿型砂工艺中的应用

摘　　要：简要回顾了膨润土作为粘结剂在湿型砂中的应用，结合调研一些采用湿型砂工艺的铸造厂，对其砂样进行了性能测试，提出一些建议。为了提高铸件的质量，合理的使用天然资源、能源类资源，同时考虑环保的要求，应研制具有优良综合性能的膨润土系列产品。A review about bentonite as a binder used in green molding sand is described briefly. Recently, some samples taken from foundries using green molding sand were tested. A series of high quality bentonite for improving casting quality, making rational use of natural resources and energy sources and thinking of environmental protection should be developed.
