摘  要:采用共浸渍法制备了一系列Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3复合氧化物催化剂,考察了La2O3的加入量、焙烧温度对CO选择性氧化反应性能的影响。添加La2O3的Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3催化剂在110~170℃时能达到99%以上的CO转化率,选择性相对较高;镧的加入提高了催化剂的热稳定性。在500℃以前焙烧钌的晶粒大小变化不大,但是焙烧温度达到了600℃后,晶粒明显长大,催化剂活性也随之下降。Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3 catalysts modified with La2O3 are prepared via incipient co-impregnatlon method, and the preferential oxidation of CO in the hydrogen-rich gas has been examined over the catalysts. The effects of La2O3 loading and different calcined temperatures on the structure and performance of Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3 are studied. Results show that higher CO conversion (〉99% ) and selectivity in wider temperature range( 110- 170℃ )can be obtained after the appropriate quantity of La203 is added to Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3 can improve the thermal stability of the catalysts. No obvious change is found in particle's size after the catalysts are calcined below 500℃, but after cancined at 600℃, the catalysts' pore size will increase with activity falling down.
