摘　　要：详细分析了传统工业装置中乙苯脱氢反应出料的高温显热回收工艺,提出利用"L"型组合式三级换热器来回收反应出料的高温显热,改善了以往工艺中第一段换热器换热管因操作不当等原因容易拉裂而影响生产稳定运行的问题,该工艺在国内某8万t/a苯乙烯生产装置上得到成功应用。A detailed analysis is conducted of that traditional heat recovery processes for high-temperature effluent from ethylbenzene（EB） dehydrogenation unit, and a three-stage L-type complex heat exchanger is employed for eflluent＇s sensible heat recovery from high-temperature reactor, the operational stability for heat exchanger is improved by avoiding the fracture of section tube of the No. 1 exchanger, and the new process is successfully applied in an EB dehydrogenation unit with production capacity of 80kt/a of styrene.
