摘 要:以双氰胺和甲醛为原料制备了聚合双氰胺甲醛,并对其进行红外光谱表征。采用聚合双氰胺甲醛与硫代硫酸钠共同作用对酸性红B染料溶液进行混凝脱色实验。对比了单独使用聚合双氰胺甲醛,以及聚合双氰胺甲醛与硫代硫酸钠共同作用的脱色效果。探讨了硫代硫酸钠和聚合双氰胺甲醛的用量以及pH值对脱色率的影响。结果表明,投加硫代硫酸钠可以明显地提高聚合双氰胺甲醛的脱色率,增大絮凝范围,使絮凝剂对pH值的变化有很强的适应性,pH值为7~12的范围内,脱色率均能维持在96%以上。此外,还对混凝脱色的机理进行了研究。Dicyandiamide and formaldehyde were used to synthesise dicyandiamide-formaldehyde condensation product. The synthesized sample was characterized by IR. The comparison of the color removal efficiency by dicyandiamide-formaldehyde condensation product with or without Na2S203 was made. The color removal efficiency under different conditions of Na2S203 and dicyandiamide-formaldehyde condensation product dosages, pH values was studied. The experimental results show that the color removal efficiency of dicyandiamide-formaldehyde condensation product is dramatically improved with the aid of Na2S203 ; the flocculation scope is enlarged; the adaptability of the floceulant on pH is remarkably enhanced, which yield a satisfactory color removal rate, more than 98% , when the pH of the solution is between 7 and 12. The mechanism of color removal by dieyandiamide-formaldehyde condensation product and Na2S203 was also investigated.
