生物膜处理城市河道污染水体的挂膜试验研究

摘　　要：以城市河道污染水体为研究对象,通过水体中土著微生物的富集过程,利用自行设计的生物接触氧化装置进行动态挂膜试验研究。讨论了挂膜过程系统对污染物去除效果的变化、生物膜及其生物相的变化;同时考察了填料上SS以及VSS的变化;分析了影响填料挂膜的各种因素,提出了判断生物膜成熟的依据。Through the natural enrichment process of indigenous microorganisms, the test of dynamic startup was studied by self-designed biological contact oxidation devices based on the urban polluted river waters. The changes of effects of major pollutants removal,the biofilm and biological phase, and the varies of SS,VSS in the tilers were discussed;in addition,various factors which can affect biotilm colonization rate were analyzed. Finally, the judgment based on mature of biofilm was given.
