摘  要:孔探检测是航空发动机的一种重要无损检测方式,但在实际应用中,孔探检查一般依赖工作人员经验对零件的缺陷进行测量,测量结果准确性较差、效率较低。本文针对该问题,提出了基于样条插值的缺陷尺寸自动测量方法,实现了航空发动机的故障检测。实验结果表明,此方法能准确、快速的对发动机进行故障检测。Endoscopy is an important method for nondestructive testing for aeroengines. However, its application usually relies on the worker's experience to measure the defects of aeroengine parts. Therefore the endoscopy has two shortcomings: ( 1 ) It takes a long time to do so; (2) the accuracy of its measurement is low. To solve these problems, we propose the method of automatic measurement that is based on spline interpolation, and the aeroengine's fault detections is thus achieved. The experimental results show that the method can detect an aeroengine's faults exactly and quickly.
