摘 要:将大型汽轮发电机定子端部绕组及支承简化为连续锥壳——板组合结构。在ANSYS平台上设计了几何建模和模态分析的参数化程序,建立了定端结构的参数化动态仿真模型,以支承板的数量及位置、锥壳的半锥角为设计变量,进行了定端结构动特性的灵敏度分析和动态优化设计。通过大量计算分析得出了最佳结构型式为支承板均布且数量为17、锥壳的半锥角为24.6°。这种定端结构型式具有良好的动态特性,且安装制造方便,为300 MW和600 MW大型汽轮发电机定子端部绕组的固定提供了重要的设计手段和依据。The stator winding end baskets of large turbo-generators and their support plates are simplified as a continuous conical shell-plate combinatory structure. On the ANSYS platform, parametric programs of geometry modelling and modal analysis are designed. The parametric dynamic simulation model of the stator end structure is established. The number and position of support plates and the semi-conical angle of a conical shell are used as design variables to perform the sensitivity analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the stator end structure and its dynamic and optimal design. A huge amount of computation shows: the optimal construction is the even distribution of support plates; the number of support plates is 17 ; the semi-conical angle is 24.6°. The stator end structure of this construction has excellent dynamic characteristics and is easily manufactured and installed. The design method provides an important means for fixing the stator winding end baskets of turbo-generators as large as 300 MW and 600 MW respectively.
