摘 要:由特征压力识别轴承油膜合力,需要它们之间的关系曲线(WP曲线)。本文以实际机组椭圆轴承为例,研究了轴承主要几何、运行参数对WP曲线的影响,主要结论:轴承进油温度对关系曲线影响较小,间隙比对关系曲线的影响也不大;而椭圆度对关系曲线的影响很大,是影响油膜力识别精度的关键参数;椭圆度在机器长期运行过程中的时变特性必须在油膜力识别中加以考虑,为此本文建议了一种办法制作反映椭圆度时变影响的WP曲线。研究结果为油膜力识别技术的工程应用奠定了更坚实的理论基础。It is necessary to have the relational curve ( WP curve) between oil-film force and feature pressure of bearings so as to identify their oil-film force from their feature pressure. Taking the elliptic bearings of a turbo-generator set for example, we study the effect of their major geometric and operational parameters on the relational curve. The study results show that the temperature of the bearings' inlet oil and their clearance ratio have little effect on the relational curve, while their ellipticity ratio has great effect on the relational curve. The ellipticity ratio is the key parameter that influences the oil-film force identification accuracy. In identifying the oil-film force, we must take into account the time-variation of the ellipticity ratio when the turbo-generator set runs for a long time. Therefore we propose a method for preparing the relational curve that represents the timevariation effect of ellipticity ratio.
