手术室空气中悬浮性细菌的影响因素

摘　　要：应用国产FA－1型悬浮空气微生物粒子采样器，对净化手术室与非净化手术室、无菌手术与污染手术在7个不同阶段，3个不同高度等多种条件下，进行手术室空气采样，采用对数线性模型方法对资料进行了统计分析，以了解手术室空气污染的情况和影响因素，提出克服各种影响因素的见解及措施。In order to control the air borne bacterial contamination of operation in operating rooms,we de-signed to do air sampling with FA-l suspeding air bacterial Partical sampling kits. Samples were from puri-fied operating rooms and nonpurified operating rooms,asepic operation and contaminated operati0n. Datawere collected in 7 different stages and 3 different altitudes. Data were statisthally analysed by means oflogistic linear model. The results help us understand the influencing factors of air contamination. Strategiesof control those factors were discussed.
