摘  要:目的:对先天性马蹄内翻足早期肌力平衡手术后远期足底压应力进行测试与分析。方法:采用足底压力成像及视频图像序列采集、测试与分析。结果:该方法实现了先天性马蹄足术后压应力分布的动、静态观察与分析。结论:该方法简便宜行,灵敏度高,对临床不同足长、不同畸形均具有广泛适应性。Objective: The system was designed for measurements of long-term changes in sole stress after early correction of talipes equinovarus deformity by achieving dynamic muscle balance. Methods: With use of a computer video-image processing system, dynamic measurements were collected and the distribution of pressures was analyzed. Results: The clinical application of this technique demonstrated that it provided a simple and sensitive tool for measuring and analyzing the pressures. Conclusion: It is applicable to subjects of different age with a wide range of foot length, and to patiens with a spectrum of injuries and affections of foot and leg.
