摘 要:钻井废液尤其是含有矿物油、盐类、重金属以及有机聚合物等污染物的钻井废液,直接排放必然会对环境产生严重影响,是环境污染治理的难点和重点之一。为此,根据前期在室内的固化试验研究成果,提出了固化治理的技术思路和对策。现场试验应用证明:以7%~8%水泥+7%~8%粉煤灰+3%~5%石膏+6%~8.5%硫酸铝+2%~4%无机固化主剂A的复合固化剂为基础的固化处理技术,可以使浸出液污染物浓度达到国家污水综合排放一级标准;钻井废液固化技术可以使固化胚体达到强度、环保的要求,可实现覆土还耕。该技术成本低、效果好,具有应用价值,可带来一定的经济效益和社会效益。It is a bottlenecking issue for oil and gas exploration and development how to treat drilling waste fluids in a better way. Because the drilling waste fluids contain so many pollutants like mineral oil, all kinds of salts, heavy metals, and organic polymer, etc. that it will do serious damage to the environment if being directly discharged. Based on the earlier study results from indoor tests on consolidation treatment, this study put forward new technical ways and effective countermeasures. Through on-field tests, this study presented a kind of composite curing agent, made up of 7%-8% cement, 7%-8% coal ash, 3%-5% gypsum, 6%-8.5% aluminum sulphate, and 2%-4% inorganic solidifying agent A, was then adopted in this consolidation technology, which helped the pollutant content of the discharged drilling fluids meet the requirement for National One-Level Standard on Sewage Disposal Treatment, and meanwhile resumed the area of soil eroded by the drilling waste fluids to lands for plants or trees. This consolidation treatment technology has been proved practical in field application with low cost, with great benefits on society and economy.
