摘 要:利用正交设计对影响油菜小孢子培养的基因型、低温预处理时间、取材时期及小孢子发育时期(用花蕾花瓣花药比表示)等供体材料条件进行系统研究。结果显示,对小孢子培养成胚率影响最大的为基因型,其次依次为小孢子发育时期,取材时期和低温预处理时间。最佳处理以51039为材料,开花前5天取样并于4℃低温预处理2 d,取花瓣花药比为0.5至1的花蕾培养成胚率最高,达10.33枚/蕾。The effect of the factors genotypes, times of cold pretreatment, periods of sampling and development period of microspore (characterized by the donor bud's ratios of petal and anther) on isolated microspores cul-ture inducing ernbryoids information of rapeseed (Brassica napus) was studied by using orthogonal design L9 (3^4). The results showed that the major factor was genotypes, and the next were the development period of microspore,periods of sampling and cold pretreatment respectively. The best treatment got highest embryoids inducing frequency of 10.33 embryos/bud on genotype "51039" , sampled 5 days before flowering,cold pretreated for 2 days in 4℃ and used the buds with ratios of petal and anther between 0.5 to 1.
