摘　　要：简述了T/R仿毛产品的发展历程,通过比较精纺织物和T/R仿毛织物的加工工艺,详细探讨了T/R仿毛产品的染整工艺流程和各个加工工序的工艺条件及加工注意事项。集中讨论了纺织原料和织物纬向收缩对成品风格的影响,讨论了化纤长丝织物碱减量工艺和短纤混纺织物抛光工艺对产品加工质量的影响。最后指出,积极使用新型纺织材料、运用新技术、新设备和新工艺是开发T/R仿毛产品的重要手段。The development process of the wool-like product was briefly stated, through compared the processing techniques of worsted fabric and T/R wool-like fabric, the dyeing and finishing process, the conditions of each working procedure. The noticeable proceeding of T/R wool-like product was discussed in detail. The influences of the raw material and fabric kinky filling to style of the finished product were discussed. The influences of alkali de-weighting of man-made filament fabric and polishing techniques of staple filament blend fabric to the quality of the product were studied. Finally, it pointed out, that elaborate design, communion, using new martial, new technique, new equipment and new process were import for develop of T/R wool-like product.
