摘　　要：MB032平幅连续式煮呢机利用多道大轧辊,在一定的水温、布面张力作用下,通过多道反复挤压和弯曲运动,对羊毛纤维进行煮呢定形处理。文章介绍了MB032平幅连续式煮呢机的基本构造,对设备的工艺技术性能进行了较详细的分析,结合生产实践,列举了两大类的代表性产品主要工艺参数的设定配置,并提出了在操作使用中应注意的事项要求。Running open-width crabbing mechine MB032 is a kind of advanced wool finishing equipment. The technology of the machine is analyzed in detail. The paper introduces the basic structure of the running open-width crabbing mechine MB032, enumerates the technical paramete of two kinds of typical product, and puts forward the notices during using.
