摘 要:以Ti(SO4)2溶液为前驱体,NH3·H2O为沉淀剂,在20~100℃、pH值为3~9的条件下,采用非均相沉淀法对空心玻璃微珠进行包覆。用XRD测试粉体的物相组成,用SEM分析晶体形貌。以这种包覆材料作为填料制备隔热涂料,并对其隔热效果、基本性能进行了研究。结果表明:pH值7、反应温度为55℃条件下,空心玻璃微珠表面均匀包覆一层锐钛型TiO2,以其作填料所制备的涂料具有良好的隔热效果和施工、使用性能,应用前景十分广阔。Hollow glass microbeads were successfully coated by heterogeneous precipitation method, taking titanium sulfate solution as precursor and ammonia solution as precipitant, at 20 ℃ to 100 ℃ and pH value 3 -9. The powder is characterized by XRD and SEM. The coated glass microbeads are used as filler to prepare a heat insulation paint, and the heat insulation and other performance of the paints were discussed. The results showed that anatase TiO2 is distributed uniformly on the surface of hollow glass microbeads when pH value is 7 and reaction temperature is 55 ℃. The coatings that use the coated glass beads as filler showed good application performance and heat insulation prospected future is given.
