摘 要:电器设备涂覆硅橡胶防污闪涂料(RTV涂料)后能够大幅度提高污闪电压,本文在丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆上,采用不同的方法刷涂RTV防污闪涂料并研究其附着情况,发现底漆中—OH含量提高、干燥处理及加入偶联剂均有利于防污闪涂层的附着,而底材固化后放置时间的延长却不利于防污闪涂层的附着,并初步分析了原因。RTV silicone rubber coatings on insulators can increase the dirt flashover vohage. The RTV dir -tflashover resistant coatings was applied on acrylic polyurethane primer by various application methods. The influence on adhesion is investigated. It is found that the increase of- OH content in primer, drying, and treated with coupling agent are preferable to improve the adhesion of RTV coating on primer. The adhesion will be decreased with the time exposed to air for primer after cure, which is attributed to the reaction of - OH group with water in air.
