摘 要:针对传统设备更替决策方法没有充分反映配电网可靠性和经济性的特点,提出了结合供电可靠性和设备经济性的配网设备年度更替决策方法。该方法由全网设备的更替需要决策和单台设备的更替方案决策两部分组成:以保证配网可靠供电为目标,运用可能更替百分比指标确定全网需要更替的设备;考虑更替对设备性能的改善,运用设备更替益本比指标确定单台设备的更替方案。所提方法在上海市四平社区的成功运用,为其配网设备年度更替计划的制定提供了良好的借鉴参考。The traditional equipment replacement decision-making methods do not sufficiently consider the reliability and economy characteristics of the distribution network. To solve the problem, a new method based on power supply reliability and equipment economy is proposed. The method consists of two parts : equipment-replacing necessity decision-making, which is used for all equipment in the network to select the ones that should be replaced annually by using the equipment-replacing probability index, aiming at ensuring reliable power supply, and the equipment-replacing scheme decision-making, which is used for individual equipment to find out the best replacing scheme among three alternatives by using the equipment-replacing B/C ratio index, considering its performance improvement. The proposes method was successfully applied to Shanghai Siping Community.
