摘 要:为了解急性高原病患者的Q-T离散度(Q-T_d)改变,观察60例健康青年急进高原与急性高原病及重症高原反应的关系。结果急性高原病和重症高原反应组与未发病组Q-T_d分别为76.42±11.27ms,46.41±10.04ms;其J-T_d分别为60.42±14.72ms,37.28±9.76ms,两组差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。认为Q-T_d及J-T_d增加与急性高原病的发生有密切关系。In order to find out changes of Q-T dispersion (Q-Td) and J-T dispersion (J-Td) of patients with acute mountain sickness (AMS), authors investigated relationship between rising Q-Td and AMS of sixty healthy young men before and immediately after their quick entrance in high altitude. Q-Td of AMS group and control group was 76. 42±11. 27ms and 46. 41±10. 04ms, J-Td was 60. 42±14. 72ms and 37. 28±9. 76ms. Q-Td and J-Td of AMS group were longer than those of control group ( P<0. 01 ). Rising Q-Td and J-Td were considered to have correlationship with AMS.
