摘 要:观察不同浓度纳米银、纳米氧化锌纺织材料体外抗金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的作用。采用细菌生长抑制的定性和定量试验,测定含不同浓度的纳米银、纳米氧化锌纺织材料对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923和大肠埃希菌ATCC25922的抑菌圈直径及抑菌率。结果含0.5%、0.7%、1.0%的纳米银和纳米氧化锌纺织材料对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923的抑菌率则分别为95.13%、95.13%、97.57%和95.13%、90.27%、92.70%;相同浓度的纳米银和纳米氧化锌纺织材料对大肠埃希菌ATCC25922的抑菌率则为73.57%、62.97%、78.83%和78.83%、57.70%、100.00%。由此可见,低含量的纳米银、纳米氧化锌纺织材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌具有抗菌作用,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用更为显著。The effect of textile material that contained different density nano-Ag and nano-ZnO resistance to Staph- ylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in vitro were observed. Qualitative and quantitative tests of antibacterial growth were carried out, antibacteritial zone diameter and antibacteritial rate of textile material that contained different density nano-Ag and nano-ZnO to Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 and Escherichia coli ATCC25922 were tested. The result is antibacterial rate of textile materials that contain 0.5% ,0.7%, 1.0% nano-Ag and nano-ZnO resistance to Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 respectively are 95.13% ,95.13% ,97.57% and 95.13% ,90.27% ,92.70%. Antibacterial rate of textile materials that contain same density nano-Ag and nano-ZnO to Escherichia coli ATCC25922 respectively are 73.57% ,62.97% ,78.83% and 78.83% ,57.70%, 100.00%. This shows that lower content nano-Ag and nano-ZnO textile materials produce antibacterial effect to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, especially towards Staphylococcus aureus the effect is more remarkable.
