精梳棉山羊绒赛络纺针织纱的生产实践

摘　　要：为了顺利纺制CJ/山羊绒94/6 29.2 tex赛络纺针织纱,确保其成纱质量,针对长绒棉和山羊绒的特性,制定了先将长绒棉制成精梳条,取其部分撕碎与处理过的山羊绒混和制成精梳长绒棉山羊绒生条,再与剩下的长绒棉精梳条在并条机上并合达到最终混纺比的纺纱工艺流程,并介绍了各工序所采取的主要工艺技术措施,使产品质量达到用户要求。To spin combed cotton cashmere 94/6 29.2 tex siro knitting yarn successfully, assuring yarn quality, aiming at the characteristics of long-staple cotton and cashmere, spinning processing circulation was set, i.e. making long-staple cotton into combed sliver first, then partially torn combed cotton were blended with treated cashmere, combed long-staple cotton cashmere blended card slivers were made, finally designed blending ratio product could be got through blending long-staple cotton cashmere blended card sliver and long-staple cotton combed sliver. Key processing technology measures that adopted in each process were introduced, product quality could reach the guest requirements.
