摘 要:为降低由细绒棉纺出的CJ 9.7 tex纱的强力CV、稳定提高成纱强力,通过生产实践优化了纺纱工艺参数。开清棉工序适当降低打手速度;梳棉工序合理选用针布;精梳工序适当增加落棉;并粗工序合理牵伸分配;细纱工序优化配置牵伸器材,确保锭带传递稳定;加强温湿度管理。实践表明:通过优化工艺,选配器材并加强生产管理,CJ 9.7 tex纱强力CV得到控制,平均强力稳定提高,产品质量达到用户要求。To reduce strength CV of combed 9.7 tex yarn that was spun by medium cotton, improve yam strength steadily, processing parameter were optimized through production practice. Beater speed was reduced properly in picking process, card clothing was chosen rationally in carding process, noil was increased properly in combing processing, draft was set rationally in drawing and roving process, draft elements were configured and optimized in spinning process, spindle tape transport stabilization was assured and moisture and tenlperature management was strengthen. The practice shows that combed 9.7 tex yam strength CV could be controlled, average strength could be improved steadily, product quality could satisfying customer demands through optimizing processing, selecting equipment and strengthening production management.
