摘　　要：探讨提高喷气织机速度应注意的问题。将ZAX-190型喷气织机的速度由580 r/min提高到700r/min,在提高喷气织机速度前,充分考虑到原纱质量、浆纱质量、设备状态、操作培训及配件的配套;在提速过程中合理设置织造工艺参数,合理安排提速进度;在提速后应注意设备的润滑、加强挡车工的巡回、减少边纬缩的形成。提高喷气织机速度后,织机效率及下机一等品率几乎没有受到影响。Problem of improving air-jet loom speed was discussed. ZAX-190 air-jet loom speed was increased from 580 r/min to 700 r/min, it is considered that element configuration and gray yarn quality, sizing quality, equipment state and operating train should be considered fully before increasing loom speed. In process of increasing loom speed weaving processing parameter and schedule of speeding up should be set properly. After increasing loom speed, problems that should be pay attention to are equipment lubrication, worker patrolling frequency and reduction of border weft shrinkage. After increasing air-jet loom speed, loom efficiency and first grade rate hardly be effeeted.
