蒙古族整骨术由传统到现代的变迁——以通辽市蒙医整骨医院为例

摘　　要：蒙古族传统整骨术以其操作易行安全、患者痛苦小、愈合快,并发症少,功能恢复好而称著。在现代医学占据主导地位的今天,这一具有鲜明民族、地域特征的医疗文化,正在经历着一系列变迁:行医方式从民间医疗向社会医疗转换;个人身份从民间"游医"向职业医生转换;治疗方式的变迁主要表现为在传统方法中引入了一些现代医学技术;传承方式由家族式传承变为以师徒式为主,师徒式、家族式并存的方式;在观念方面,人们的医疗信仰存在一定程度的二元性。Mongolian traditional bone setting （MTBS） is very famous for its treating bone safely, quickly, easily and with little pain. When the modern medical science dominates our world, the medicinal culture of MTBS with Mongolian and local characteristics is experiencing a series of changes. Firstly, the way of practising medicine is changing from the individual folk - doctor to- ward the modern occupational doctor. Secondly, MTBS is changing to accept some of modern medical science and techniques during the treatment of traditional bone setting. Thirdly, the transferring type of MTBS is changing to accept a way of teacher - pupil type transfer asa main way. In the same time, MTBS remains the ways of both traditional transfer and household type. Nowadays, the peoples believe both traditional treatment and modern medical science.
