摘　　要：文章从大生产中出现的鸡爪痕问题出发,并结合鸡爪痕部位织物及纱线线圈结构的分析,寻找可能影响鸡爪痕的主要因素。通过对影响鸡爪痕的主要因素的分析,采用正交试验的方法,找到了鸡爪痕形成的主要原因。认为鸡爪痕问题主要是由于羊绒本身的高弹性和羊绒独特的湿热性能所引起,是不能彻底解决的,但可以通过控制其它关键因素在一定程度上缓解鸡爪痕。The article gives the correlation analysis to the question which appears in the production process in Erdos Group and combines the structure of fabric and yarn fragment on the knitted fabrics. We found the many important factors for the chicken feet mark. Through the analysis and using the orthogonal experiment for the major factors, it found the main factors which influence the chicken feet mark to the knitting fabric. At the same time, it obtained the reason caused the chicken feet mark was primarily due to the unique high-elasticity and the hydrothermal properties of cashmere. Finally, it came to the conclusion that the chicken feet mark can not be completely resolved any way, but it can be lighten by the way to controlling the key factors which influence the chicken feet mark.
