摘　　要：分析了所研制的第3代皮革收缩温度测量仪存在的问题,提出了机械结构、硬件电路以及软件程序的改进方法,并在原来单片机检测系统的基础上,用VB开发平台做出了计算机检测系统软件。试验结果证明,改进后的第4代仪器测量准确度高、测量数据完整,智能化程度高、操作使用简便,并具有自主知识产权。The problems of the third leather shrinkage temperature measure apparatus were analyzed. The improvement methods of mechanical structure, hardware circuit and software program were presented. Computer measurement system was realized with VB（ visual basic） program on the basis of MCU（ micro controller unit） measurement system. It shows that the new apparatus which has his knowledge property fight has many advantages, such as easy to operate, more accurate and intelligent etc.
