夜蛾斯氏线虫对亚洲玉米螟防治的研究

摘　　要：应用液体发酵培养的夜蛾斯氏线虫(Steinernema feltiae)防治亚洲玉米螟,当时间在36～54h,线虫悬浮液浓度在60～80IJs/ml时,杀虫效果最好,可达到93.30%。在其他时间和浓度下,死亡率虽然会有所增加,但综合效益会下降。Through the way of controling Ostriniafurnacalis （Guenee） by Steinernemafeltiae culturing in liquid fermentation, it was indicated that best insecticidal effect reached to 93.30% at the condition of 36-54 h treatment and 60-80 IJs/ ml of nematode suspending solution. Other time of treatment and concentration could get higher mortality, while it made integrated benefit reduced.
