保心丸对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：采用在体和离体大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤模型，表明保心丸能预防再灌注心律失常和改善再灌注时的心功能，并能提高心肌超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性，降低脂质过氧化产物丙二醛（MDA）含量，减少心肌乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）的释放，抑制心肌组织钙聚积，提示其抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用与抑制脂质过氧化反应和拮抗钙超负荷有关。The protective effect of Baokin pill on myocardial ischemia and reinfusion injury of rats model both in vivo and vitro wes investigated. The results revealed that it could prevent arrhythmia, improve the cardisc function, increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),decrease the content of malonyl dialdehyde (MDA) and the release of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and inhibit the accumulation of culcium of myocardial tissue. These suggest that the protective action is related tothe inhibition of lipid peroxidation and overload of calcium.
