“单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板”治疗腰椎滑脱症(附16例报告)

摘　　要：应用AT1型医用纯钛，自行设计了“单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板”用于临床手术治疗腰椎滑脱症22例。资料完整、应力滑移率≥25％、随访1年以上16例。按Steffee临床评定标准，优良率为100％。该方法手术操作简便、复位较好、固定可靠，具有良好的生物相容性，不影响MRI检查。Single nail-grooved tail steel plate made of medical pure Ti(type AT1) was designed and ap-plied in 22 patients by the authors. 16 patients (SSR≥25% )had integral data and were followed up over 1 year. According to Steffee's criterion, the excellent and good rate was 100%. The surgical technique were proper reduction and reliable fixation. Furthermore, the steel plate has good biological compatibility and could integrate with bone tissue tightly. The plate does not interfer the linage of MR.
