摘　　要：指出砖混结构抗震设计中存在的问题。对异形柱框架结构在多层住宅设计中的应用,柱网布置设计计算和抗震设计中的问题进行了探讨。The application of brick structure in high intensity got restricted because of low capacity of resisting earthquake loads. Along with bricks are gradually washed out, It is necessity to adopt new structure forms to build multilayer house. Special-shaped column frame structures are accepted by a great deal of user because it has advantage of use and moderated cost.
