瀑布旅游资源评价与广州增城白水仙瀑开发

摘　　要：从瀑布旅游资源评价三要素出发,在分析比较国内外有知名度的瀑布资源基础上,认为增城白水仙瀑是具备一定审美价值的。结合其成因和特点的分析,给出白水仙瀑开发建设应注意的几个问题,尤其是关于流量问题的分析。为保证瀑布的流量能达到瀑布旅游资源开发的要求,作为瀑布水源的七星墩水库和白水寨水库的发电功能则要完全转变为旅游服务,调节瀑布水源是开发白水仙瀑首先要解决的问题。另外,白水仙瀑的开发还应充分结合其深厚的仙姑文化底蕴。With the three indexes for evaluation of waterfall resources, the famous waterfalls at home and abroad are compared with the Baishui Fairy Falls in Zengcheng, Guangzhou. The authors argue that the Baishui Fairy Falls is of great aesthetic value. But there are some problems in her tourism development. In the 1980s, two reservoirs were constructed at the upstream area of the falls, and since then water has been diverted into the hydropower station. The falls disappears at most time in the year. For tourism development of the Baishui Fairy Falls, it is suggested that the main function of the reservoirs should be changed from power generation into supplying water for the falls, and the water discharge be controlled elaborately. At the same time, the phenomenon of urbanization in scenic spots must be restricted. As Zengcheng is said to be the hometown of Fairy He Xiangu, one of the famous Eight Immortals in Chinese legend, the fairy culture should be integrated into the development of the scenic spot of the falls. All the tourist facilities should be harmonious with the landscape.
