摘  要:目的:观察运动对高脂诱导胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠胰岛素敏感性的影响及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的变化。方法:30只雄性大鼠分为对照组8只和高脂组22只,分别给予基础饲料与高脂饲料喂养18周,诱导IR大鼠模型,将IR成功大鼠分为高脂组A 10只,高脂组B 12只,均继续高脂饮食,高脂组B配合游泳训练6周。结果:高脂组大鼠与对照组比较,胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)显著降低,体重、血脂、血糖及血清TNF-α水平均升高,高脂组A更明显(均P<0.01);高脂组B训练后各项指标均与对照组接近。结论:运动可改善IR,其作用可能与降低血清TNF-α水平有关。Objective: To observe the effects of exercise on insulin sensitivity and serum level of tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-α) in the insulin resistant rats induced by high fat diet. Methods: Swimming training was performed for 6 weeks in insulin resistant rats induced by high fat diet. The insulin sensitivity index was calculated. Changes of glucose and lipid metabolism were detected. Serum TNF-α level was detected by ELISA. Results: Compared to normal control group, the insulin sensitivity index in high fat diet group was decreased, while serum TNF-α level increased (both P〈 0.01). Compared to high fat diet group, the insulin sensitivity index in swimming group was increased obviously, but the serum TNF-α level reduced by 31.1% after exercise for 6 weeks (both P〈0.05). Conclusion: Exercise could improve insulin resistance through reducing the level of serum TNF-α.
