低频电流结合穴位按摩对剖宫产产妇肠功能恢复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察低频电流结合穴位按摩对剖宫产产妇术后排气的效果。方法：165例剖宫产术后产妇随机分为综合组、按摩组和对照组各55例,均于术后按常规给予护理及指导;按摩组在术后6 h开始进行穴位按摩促进排气;综合组增加低频电流治疗,再给予穴位按摩。结果：经过5-6次治疗后,综合组产妇术后最早排气,按摩组次之,对照组最晚,3组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：低频电流结合穴位按摩可明显缩短剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复时间,有利于产妇进食、睡眠及子宫复旧等康复。Objective：To observe the effects of low frequency electric stimulation combined with point massage to accelerate intestinal function recovery after caesarean operation. Methods： 165 women after caesarean operation were equally divided into trial group, massage group and control group randomly. Women in three groups respectively received routine guidance in control group, point massage in 6 h after caesarean operation based on routine guidance in massage group and low frequency electric stimulation combined with point massage in trial group. Results： The exhausting time in trial group was earliest, followed by point massage group and control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Low frequency electric stimulation combined with point massage can shorten the exhausting time after caesarean operation.
