夹脊平衡电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的镇痛时效

摘　　要：目的:观察夹脊平衡电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的镇痛时效。方法:腰椎间盘突出症患者68例随机分为观察组36例和对照组32例,观察组采用双侧夹脊穴及远端循经取穴治疗,对照组采用常规患侧针刺治疗。结果:治疗20 d后,观察组镇痛起效时间明显早于对照组,疗效维持时间明显长于对照组(P<0.01),镇痛效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:夹脊平衡电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的即时和远期镇痛效应,且维持时间长。Objective： To observe the analgesic time effect of Jiaji-balance-electroacupuncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods： Sixty-eight cases of LDH were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 36） and control group （n= 32）.The time of inducing analgesic effect and the effect-lasting time were observed. The analgesic effect was evaluated. Results： The time of inducing analgesic effect was shorter, the effect-lasting time was longer and the analgesic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group with difference being significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Jiaji-balance-electroacupuncture displays better instant and long-term analgesic effects in patients with LDH.
