图像处理技术对彩色多普勒能量显像的定量测量

摘　　要：目的：运用彩色图像处理技术为ＣＤＥ提供定量测量的方法。资料和方法：通过ＫＯＮＴＲＯＮＩＢＡＳ图像分析仪定量测量５４例移植肾同一切面的ＣＤＥ、ＣＤＩ的血流显像在脏器中所占面积与脏器面积及其比值。用预设彩色面积比为０２１８的检测图作可靠性试验。结果：检测图的彩色面积比值为０２１９±００２，结果与设定值相符。同一切面ＣＤＥ、ＣＤＩ的比值分别为０３５９３±０１６５０，０１７８６±０１１１７（Ｐ＜００１），ＣＤＥ显示血流的能力几乎是ＣＤＩ的两倍。结论：彩色图像处理技术可为ＣＤＥ提供可靠定量测量方法。PURPOSE:To establish a method for quantitative measurement of the blood flow sign in Color Doppler Energy Image (CDE)by computer color image processing technique. MATERIALS and METHOD:The area ratio of the blood flow sign to the organ of the same renal profile in both CDE and CDI of 54 patients after renal transplantation and a test image which the ratio of the color area is 0 218 have been measured by Kontron Ibas Image Analysis Systen. RESULT:The measured ratio of the color of the test image was 0 219+0 02.And that of CDE and CDI are 0 3593±0 1650 and 0 1786+0 1117 respectively(P<0 01).CONCLUSION:Color image processing technique can provide a reliable method for quantitative measurement of CDE.
