设施蔬菜栽培土壤养分变异和取样研究

摘　　要：利用经典统计和空间统计方法在对星辉农场管棚内的土壤养分进行抽样调查和测试分析的基础上,对其内部的土壤养分空间变异特征进行了分析,并确定了设施内几种主要养分要素的合理取样数量。结果表明:该设施内各土壤养分要素基本呈随机分布,存在极弱的空间自相关,取样设计依据随机抽样理论进行。本研究中,土壤pH值变异系数最小,速效钾变异系数最大。The soil nutrients in the protected field of Xinghui Farm were sampled and analyzed according to classical and spatial statistics.The results showed that the distribution of the soil nutrients was basically stochastic,and there was little spatial autocorrelation.A rational sampling could be determined by random sampling theory.In this study,the variation coefficient of the pH values of the tested soil was the least and that of the readily available K was the greatest.
