甘蓝型双低隐性核不育油菜杂交种向农03的选育

摘　　要：向农03是利用隐性上位互作核不育育成的甘蓝型双低油菜三系杂交种,具有高产、稳产和高抗油菜菌核病和病毒病的特性。在2005-2006年度上海市油菜区域试验和生产试验中,向农03平均产量分别为2 815.5 kg/hm2和2 632.5 kg/hm2,比对照沪油15分别增产19.1%和5.3%,种子含油量42.6%,芥酸含量0.50%,硫苷含量19.6μmol/g。Xiangnong 03,a recessive epistatic GMS hybrid variety of B.napus with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate contents in rapeseed,was bred by the Crop Breeding and Cultivation Research Institute,Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and had such characteristics as high and stable seed yield and resistance to sclerotiniose and virosis.The seed yield of the variety was 2 815.5 kg/hm^2 and 2 632.5 kg/hm^2 respectively in the Shanghai Regional Rapeseed Test and the Shanghai Rapeseed Production Test and increased respectively by 19.1% and 5.3% over Huyou 15.Its oil content was 42.6% in seed,erucic acid content was 0.50% in oil,and glucosinolate content was 19.6 μmol/g in meal.
