摘 要:以甘蓝型双低油菜细胞核雄性不育的全不育系为母本,优良青菜自交系为父本,配置种间杂交种,并对菜薹作蔬菜食用的营养成份进行了分析,同时研究了甘蓝型油菜核不育系与青菜新品种之间的亲和性。结果表明:全不育系间亲和性差异比较明显,显性核不育系比隐性核不育系亲和性高。选育出了菜薹产量高的甘白杂交组合2个,甘白杂交组合菜薹Vc含量明显较青菜薹高。Complete sterile lines of GMS rape(B.napus) with double low content in rapeseed and superior inbred lines of Chinese cabbage-pak-choi(B.campestris ssp.chinensis) were used respectively as female parents and male parents,and their interspecific crossing was made.The nutrient ingredients of the edible tender flower stalk of the interspecific hybrids were analyzed,and the compatibility between the complete sterile line and the superior inbred lines was studied.The results showed that the difference in compatibility between the complete sterile lines was relatively obvious,and the compatibility of the dominant GMS lines was higher than that of the recessive GMS lines.Two combinations with high tender flower stalk yield were bred and the vitamin C content in their tender flower stalks was significantly higher than that of the Chinese cabbage-pak-choi's.
