自制重组人粒细胞/巨噬细胞集落刺激因子的药效学实验研究

摘　　要：分别用环磷酰胺及60Co-γ线照射致家犬和小鼠白细胞减少症动物模型，观察自制重组人粒细胞／巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（rhGM-CSF）对动物外周白细胞数、血小板、血色素、网织细胞数及CFU-S、骨髓有核细胞、病理学检查等的影响，并与进口同类产品比较。结果表明自制rhGM-CSF使实验动物外周白细胞数明显上升，家犬血小板及小鼠CFU-S、骨髓有核细胞数也显著升高，其它指标无异常改变，其结果与进口同类产品相似．With hypo-white blood cell dogs and mice animal model that were resulted in cyclophosphamide and 60Co-γ radiation, the efficacy of rhGM-CSF made by ourself in WBC, Platelet, RBC,CFU-S and pathology checking of the animal were evaluated, and compared with import rhGM-CSF.The result showed rhGM-CSF made by ourself could significantly increase WBC count, and platelet count in dogs and CFU-S, marrow-derived hematopotic stem cell in mice.The other items had no change comparing with control.The result showed no difference with import rhGM-CSF.
