摘　　要：随着牛奶市场需求量的增加,牛奶质量的保证就成为摆在奶农面前的大问题。通过无公害牛奶生产技术,从奶牛场环境控制,奶牛的饲养管理、疾病预防以及使用药物等各个环节着手,做到科学卫生和安全,以保障牛奶的质量。无公害牛奶就是产地环境、生产过程和产品质量符合国家有关标准和规范的要求,经国家有关部门认证合格后,获得认证证书的牛奶及其制品,只有在标准和规范的条件下,以科学的生产方式,才能有效地生产出无公害的牛奶及其制品。During the increase of the milk market demands, the guarantee of milk quality becomes the biggest problem confront milk farmer. This article through the harmless milk production technology, from the cattle farm environment control,cow＇s raising management, the prophylaxis as well as the use medicine and so on achieve the scientific health and the security milk. So-called harmless milk is the milk products which origin place, productive process apd products quality accord with the rules and standards of government and is approved by government. Only under the standards and rules of government and by scientific productive process, the harmless milk and its product can be produced efficiently.
