吸收性明胶海绵和止血绫在家兔肌肉、血管与脑组织中吸收性观察

摘　　要：对吸收性明胶海绵和止血绫进行了局部埋藏吸收性和刺激毒性观察。22只家兔的颈静脉、背阔肌、硬脑膜部位埋藏药物，术后8wk内分批观察。结果显示明胶海绵吸收速度较慢，对组织有一定的刺激毒性，尤其电镜超微结构病理检查显示对血管的损伤较明显。止血绫吸收速度快于明胶海绵，刺激毒性较小。We studied the local absorption rate, irritative toxicity of Gelatin Sponge and Zhixueling on rabbits. Gelatin Sponge and Zhixueling were implanted in museullary, avenous and extradurally. The results demonstrated that Gelatin Spongr has a lower aborbility by tissues than that of Zhixueling and the stimulation to tissues was strong. Zhixueling is a new type of hemostation. The results showed that it has a good absorbility, that stimulation to tissue was weak.
