摘  要:目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)与血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性的关系.方法:运用多聚酶链反应技术检测60例HDCP患者及胎儿和54例正常妊娠妇女及胎儿血管紧张素转换酶基因多态.结果:妊娠妇女两组中DD型、ID型Ⅱ型基因频率分别比较,D型等位基因分别比较差异有统计学意义;胎儿两组中DD型、ID型Ⅱ型基因频率分别比较,D型等位基因分别比较均无统计学差异.结论:HDCP患者ACE基因多态性与HDCP的发病有关;HDCP胎儿ACE基因多态性与HDCP的发病无关.AIM: To study the relationship of the polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP). METHODS: Polymorphism chain reaction was performed to show the polymorphism of ACE gene in 60 patients with HDCP and the fetus and 54 normal pregnant women and the fetus. RESULTS: The percentages of the ACE DD, ID and Ⅱ genotypes in the HDCP pregnant women group were significantly different as compared with those in the control group respectively. The frequency of allele gene D type in the HDCP pregnant group was significantly higher as compared with that in the control group. The percentages of the ACE DD, ID and II genotypes in the HDCP fetus group were not significantly different as compared with those in the control group respectively. The frequency of allele gene D type in the HDCP fetus group was not significantly different as compared with that in the control group. CONCLUSION: The polymorphism of ACE gene in the HDCP pregnant group may has an association with the pathogenesis of HDCP. The polymorphism of ACE gene in the HDCP fetus group may have no association with the pathogenesis of HDCP.
