摘　　要：社会责任型投资是一种基于可持续发展理念的投资机制。该文介绍了社会责任型投资的基本特征、实现方式以及在国际上的发展趋势,总结了社会责任型投资观念和做法对我国的启示。Socially Responsible Investing is an investment mechanism based on the concept of sustainable development. This paper describes the basic features and realization approaches of Socially Responsible Investing as well as its development trend in the world, and generalizes the enlightenment of the concepts and operating .mode of Socially Responsible Investing for our country.
