摘 要:运用NCEP/NCAR再分析资料,研究了2004年12月初登陆我国台湾的冬季台风"南玛都"的性质结构特征,结果表明:冬季台风"南玛都"具有与夏季台风相同的暖湿中心和低层辐合、高层辐散的环流特征,不同的是低层辐合气流中西南气流不明显,台风涡旋气流对大气的扰动偏弱。台风过程海平面气压距平场的EOF分析表明,台风生命史中的扰动主要由EOF1和EOF2构成(占90%的方差),EOF1反映台风结构和强度变化,EOF2反映了台风移动过程中的环境状态变化。Using NCEP/NCAR reanalysis, the structure of a wintertime typhoon named Nanmadol that landed Talwan on 4 December, 2004 has been examined in this paper. It is found that Nanmadol looks similar in structure and time evolution to the summer typhoons; the central part of typhoon Nanmadol is warm and wet, and the convergence is observed in lower troposphere while divergence in upper troposphere. The differences between wintertime and summertime typhoons can be found. The southwest stream flow in lower troposphere and cyclonic disturbance in upper troposphere seem significantly weaker in wintertime Nanmadol than those summertime typhoons. The EOF analysis performed for SLP of Nanmadol shows that about 90% of total variance of the temporal changes in typhoon circulation can be explained by the two leading EOF modes including EOF1 and EOF2. The EOF1 shows us the structure and intensity variations of Nanmadol while the EOF2 shows us the changes in environmental SLP distributions that influences the moving directions of Nanmadol.
