摘 要:目的:观察肺炎支原体(MP)感染患儿早期血清中IFN-γI、L-4的含量和单个核细胞(MNC)中SOCS1、SOCS3的表达,以探讨MP感染的免疫学机制。方法:选取MP感染患儿30例,留取其入院时血样,以健康体检儿童为对照。RT-PCR法测血样MNC中SOCS1,SOCS3的表达,采用ELISA法检测血清中IFN-γ,IL-4的表达水平,并分析其相互关系。结果:MP感染患儿早期IFN-γ的表达和IFN-γ/IL-4的比值比对照组明显增高(P<0.01),IL-4亦稍高(P<0.05);SOCS1的表达较正常对照高(P<0.01),SOCS3的表达较对照无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在MP感染早期Th1/Th2均参与了患儿机体的免疫应答,以Th1细胞为主;SOCS1、SOCS3参与了Th1/Th2细胞免疫调节。Objective: To observe the expression of IFN-γ, IL-4 and SOCS1/3 mRNA in serum of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) infection, and to discuss the immune mechanism Of MP infection. Methods: The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 in serum of thirty children with MP infection and in fifteen healthy children were detected by ELISA technique. SOCS1/3 mRNA levels in blood mononuclear cells were analyzed by RT-PCR technique. Results: The levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 of MP infected children was obvious higher than those of healthy ones(P〈0.01 and P〈0.05, respectively); the expression of SOCS1 of MP infected children were higher than that of healthy ones (P〈0.01), while the SOCS3 expression was not different between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Both Thl and Th2 type of immunoresponse are involved in the course of MP infection, Thl is primary at the early stage, while SOCS1 and SOCS3 might participate the regulation of Th1/Th2.
