P57^(kip2)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌及Bowen病中的表达

摘　　要：目的:研究P57kip2蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)及Bowen病中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例SCC、25例Bowen病及10例正常皮肤组织中P57kip2蛋白的表达情况。结果:SCC及Bowen病中P57kip2蛋白表达阳性率分别为16.67%,56%,均低于正常组织的阳性率(70%),差异均有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05);SCC组织中P57kip2阳性表达率明显低于Bowen病(P<0.01)。结论:P57kip2蛋白表达的下调可能与Bowen病及鳞状细胞癌的发生发展有关。Objective： To investigate the expression of P57kip2 protein in squamous cell carcinoma （SCC） and Bowen＇s disease. Methods： The expression of P57kip2 was assessed by immunohistochemical method in 30 patients with SCC, 25 patients with Bowen＇s disease and 10 normal controls. Results： The positive rate of P57kip2 in SCC and Bowen＇s disease was 16.67% and 560%, significantly lower than that in the normal skin （70%） （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. And the expression of P57kip2 was lower in SCC （16.67%） than that in Bowen＇s disease（56%）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion. The abnormal expression of P57kip2 may contribute to the pathogenesis of Bowen＇s disease and SCC.
