摘　　要：对克隆了VHb基因的产黄青霉进行了传代稳定性研究,实验表明克隆VHb基因后的产黄青霉遗传稳定性可满足发酵生产的要求,同时探索了最佳的摇瓶工艺条件,在新工艺条件下发酵产量可提高11%,通气量大幅下降。The research on stability of cloned Vllb gene of penicillium synxantha has been done. The result indicates that the heredity stability of cloned VHb gene of penicillium synxantha can meet with the requirement of fermentation production. The optimal operation condition of flask has been explored and the result indicates that the fermentation yield increases 11 percent and the aeration decreases greatly with the new operation condition.
