摘  要:金属线列横电磁波(WTEM)小室是一种新型电磁兼容试验设备。对WTEM小室的场分布特性进行了数值分析。采用边界元法分析了WTEM小室的准静态场分布,采用有限元法计算了WTEM室的高次模截止频率,并与TEM小室进行了对比,最后采用时域有限差分(FDTD)法分析了WTEM小室的场均匀性和交叉极化特性。计算结果表明:金属线列的内导体有助于减弱水平方向的高次模;通过金属线列的优化排列可显著扩展可用测试区;场均匀性满足6 dB准则,不过,高于一定频带后交叉极化特性下降,但仍满足放松要求。WTEM小室用于宽频带电磁兼容试验可行。The wire transverse electromagnetic (WTEM) cell is a new equipment for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test. The quasi-static field distribution inside WTEM cell is analyzed by boundary-element method, then the higher order mode cutoff frequencies were calculated using finite-element method, and compared with that of transverse electromagnetic (TEM) cell, The field uniformity and cross- polarization performance of WTEM cell are analyzed by three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The numerical results show that the wire array inner conductor can mitigate the horizontal higher-order mode, and the available test volume in which the field uniformity of WTEM cell satisfy the 6 dB criteria can be enlarged through optimizing the arrangement of wire array. Although the cross-polarization performance will degrade over a certain frequency band, it still fulfills the relaxed requirement. The WTEM cell can be used for wide frequency band EMC test.
