摘 要:用平面波展开法研究了太赫兹波在二维三角晶格光子晶体中的传播特性。数值计算了以硅为背景的空气圆柱构成的二维三角晶格光子晶体的能带结构和态密度,计算表明r=0.50a和r=0.46a时,E偏振和H偏振分别出现最大光子带隙,带隙宽度分别0.1097THz和0.1935THz,在r=0.48a出现最大完全光子带隙,带隙宽度为0.0759THz,光子晶体态密度的分布也表明了存在光子带隙的范围,研究结果为太赫兹器件的开发提供了理论依据。Propagation characteristic of two-dimensional triangular lattice photonic crystals in THz range was studied by using PWM. The band gap structure and density of photon states of two-dimensional triangular lattice photonic crystals constructed from air in Si dielectric matrix was calculated. It was found that it can generate maximum photonic band gap with 0. 1097THz and 0. 1935THz when the radius was 0.50a and 0.46a, and when the radius was 0.48a. It can generate maximum absolute photonic band gap with 0. 0759THz. The photonic band structure was also shown by the photonic density of states. This research provides a theoretic basis for the development of THz devices.
