摘 要:2007年对上海地区温室菊花上桃蚜(有翅型)种群数量的季节动态进行了调查,并分析了温度、湿度对该种群变动的影响。结果表明,菊花上桃蚜种群的消长为单峰型,高峰为移栽后69 d。决定系数和相关性分析表明调查期平均最高温度与菊花上桃蚜种群变动密切相关;主成分分析显示平均最低相对湿度、平均最高相对湿度、平均相对湿度、平均温度和平均最高温度都可能影响桃蚜种群数量的变化;逐步回归分析表明平均最高温度、平均相对湿度为综合影响桃蚜种群变动的主要因子。综合分析认为,平均最高温度是影响温室菊花桃蚜(有翅型)种群数量动态的关键因素。The population dynamics of the green peach aphid, Myzus persicae (Sulzer) on chrysanthemum plants was monitored in the greenhouse in Shanghai in 2007 and its relations with temperature and relative humidity were analyzed. The results indicated that the population dynamics was single peaked, with the peak oecuring at 69 days after transplanting. Decision coefficient and correlation analyses indicated that the population dynamics was significantly pcsitively correlated with the mean maximum temperature. The principal component analysis demonstrated that the mean minimum relative humidity, mean maximum relative humidity, mean relative humidity, mean temperature and mean maximum temperature could significantly affect the aphid population. The stepwise regression analysis indicated that the mean maximum temperature and mean relative humidity were the major factors influeneing the population dynamics. In conclusion, the mean maximum temperature was the crucial affecting factor for the aphid population on chrysanthemum plants in greenhouse.
