健骨冲剂对大鼠长期毒性研究

摘　　要：Wistar 大鼠,灌胃给予健骨冲剂5g·kg^(-1)和10g·kg^(-1),连续6周,观察动物的毛色、自然活动、粪便、食量、体重、血液学、血液生化学指标和重要脏器系数,并对12种器官进行了病理组织学检查。结果显示,除了大剂量(10g·kg^(-1))组部分动物于给药1周出现腹泻,持续1周后恢复正常外,其余各项指标均在正常范围之内。未见明显毒性反应。In order to study long-term toxicity of Jian Gu Granule(JGG),5g· kg^(-1)and 10g·kg^(-1)JGG were given intragastrically to Wister rats respectively once a day for 6 weeks.Their color and Iuster of hair,natural movement,food-intake were observed everyday.Body weight was weighed once a week.After 6 weeks of administration and 2 weeks of stopping administration,we made blood routine examination,liver and renal function test with biochemistry analgser,histopathological examination of 12 organs and calculating cofficient of major viscera.All the results were within normal limits except some rats which were given 10g·kg^(-1)JGG had diarroea at the fifth day,but recovered itself after one week.It issugggested that Jian Gu Granule possesses lower toxicity and higgher safety.
